Tesoro Court is a new community of 17 homes that is scheduled to begin construction just after the first of the year. It is located at 22394 Van Buren St. in Grand Terrace. The homes will range from around 1500 sf to around 2100 sf. Six out of the 17 units will be single story and the balance will be 2-story. Some of the 2-story homes will feature a second master downstairs.
